Why are your services free?Hide
We have established relationships with all of the senior living options we felt were the best in Orange County. We are paid by the participating communities, enabling us to offer our services at no charge to you.

Does Medicare cover the cost of senior living?Show
No. Medicare does not pay for senior living. Medicare only covers healthcare-related needs such as medication, hospital visits, skilled nursing facilities, and doctors. While many senior living communities have nurses on staff, they are not licensed to provide direct medical care.

Can I apply VA benefits to help cover the cost of senior living?Show
Yes. Most senior living communities do accept Veteran’s Aid and Attendance benefits to supplement the living costs. Refer to our blog post for steps on how to begin the process or give us a call at (949) 338-8498 to get started.

Do you visit each home before referring it to a client?Show
Absolutely. We pride ourselves in partnering with vetted homes that one of our SavvyAdvisors has physically visited and assessed. We do not work with homes that don't meet our standards of quality.

What areas do you serve?Show
We primarily serve Orange County, CA. We can also provide assistance with the following counties: San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside.

Do I need to sign a 1-year lease to live in a senior living community?Show
No. There is no lease required for senior living communities. You wil be billed on a month-to-month basis. To move out, you only need to give a 30-day notice.

Yes. Whether it is a couple of days, or a month, we can help you find a short-term senior living solution to fit your needs.
